What is a statement

A statement is a document that summarizes detailed financial activity, helping you present accurate information to clients, investors, and stakeholders. In Hypercore, statements can include loan details, funding sources, interest breakdowns, and other financial data, making them essential for tracking performance and communicating updates.

Common Use Cases

  • Notices– Regular updates to borrowers or investors

  • Early redemptions– Payoff calculations and settlement documentation

  • Invoices– Billing for interest, fees, or other charges

  • Investor communications– Statements summarizing positions or allocations

  • Audit and compliance– Historical loan activity for reporting purposes

  • Loan Interest & Fee Statements- Breakdown of accrued interest and all fees within a chosen period

Types of Statements

You can generate statements for the following entities:

  • Loans

  • Clients

  • Funding Sources

How to Generate a Statement

Navigate to the loan or funding entity you want to generate a statement for

  1. Navigate to the relevant record (loan, funding entity, or funding source).

  2. Click the Action button and choose Statement.

  1. Select the appropriate template (e.g., Redemption, Invoice)

  2. Configure the statement settings:

    • Date range

    • Transactions to include

    • Output format (e.g. PDF).

  3. Review and generate the statement.

Once created:

  • You will receive an in-app notification when the statement is ready.

  • A copy will be sent to your email for easy access and sharing.

  • The statement can be downloaded, saved, or shared with your customer.

Generate Statements In Bulk

You can also generate multiple statements at once:

  • Select multiple loans/funding sources

  • Choose the Statement in actions.

  • Follow the same steps as above.

  • A statement will be created for each selected entity
