Loan Notifications & Email Digests

Hypercore now supports in-app and email notifications for key loan events, helping you stay on top of your portfolio with fewer surprises:

Loan maturing soon
Missed payments
Upcoming repayments
Revolving period ending
Upcoming disbursements

Each alert is configurable - choose how many days in advance (or after) you want to be notified. You can apply notifications to all loans or just your own.

Email Summaries: Weekly or Daily

Prefer summaries instead of real-time alerts?

You can opt for a weekly email digest (sent every Monday at 13:30 UTC) or a daily update, summarizing upcoming or recent loan events.

Default setting: All users will receive the weekly digest by default. You can change this anytime in Settings → Notifications.

New Knowledge Base Guides

We’ve added three new guides to the Hypercore Knowledge Base:

Aging Guide – How overdue amounts are tracked and bucketed
Loan Fees Guide – Fee setup, allocation logic, and schedules
Deposit Guide – Tracking and reconciling deposits
