Edit Loan Transaction

  • Navigate to the loan schedule to view funding sources.

  • Edit the transaction to see the funding source split

Buyout Calculation & Allocation

  • Calculate the buyout amount needed for the specific funding source

  • Allocate the calculated amount to the investor being bought out.

Verify Results

  • Check the funding source page to confirm the buyout.

  • The investor’s outstanding principal and total should reflect the buyout.

  • Confirm that the investor’s outstanding amount is now zero.

  • Ensure there are no future outstanding amounts

Key Notes

  • Ensure the outstanding principal is zero and that compounding is correctly calculated.

  • Any discrepancies may affect the funding source schedule
